Q7 Headrests

can anyone tell me if the headrests in the Q7 are adjustable other than just up and down surely they are not stuck in one position all 7 of them ?

Is there not button on the side.

Yeah but only allows movement up and down ?

I don't have a Q7. The slots on the headrests that the rods go into, on mine they are elongated to allow the headrest to be tilted, mine are quite stiff to move.
