Shuddering idle

Car been doing this shuddering idle for few months now when at normal running temp. Last night EPC light came on and went into limp mode pulled over turned engine off and back on it ran ok again but light stayed on until this morning went out to move car and light was off anyway got a friends computer thin to read the codes just looking for some pointers before I dive in spend a few bob and not cure it was thinking throttle body myself ps. Changed the EGR valve few months ago but shuddering was there before that

You don't say what engine you have. I assume an FSI since you have a fuel pump control unit.
You'd probably want to start by cleaning the throttle valve with some carb cleaner. It could be a vacuum leak but that would normally set a lean running code too and you don't have that.
It would be worth checking for any split hoses though. Another thing to check is that the oil filler cap seal isn't leaking and the dip stick is fully in.
