Hi

Please, please can anyone help?

I am looking into a few issues with my rear suspension including excessive wear on the outer edge of the rear tyres but can anyone tell me if there are any ways to adjust rear camber on a 1.9tdi A4 Avant Quattro?

I have been told that you can't and having had most of the rear suspension apart I cant see a way to adjust anything. I am planning to change the rear track arm which sits horizontally in line with the lower control arms hopefully this can tighten up the rear end (along with new ARB bushes) I need to cut the bolts to remove the old one does anyone know where I can either A) find out the size and thread of the bolt OR B) buy a new one

Thanks for reading

do you mean to adjust the camber or the tracking. ?

Well the rear tyres are worn on the outer edge so i'm guessing thats camber??? Apologies im not up to speed on the correct terminology. There doesn't seem to be any adjustment though. The rear track rod is one solid piece in fact everything on the rear is bolted in place with no adjustment possible unless theres something im not seeing?? Im changing the springs and shocks again soon as I think I was sold the wrong type and now definitiely have the correct ones maybe I f its not sitting right its causing adverse camber?

wear like that is usually down to tracking. tracking is adjustable. i suggest you go to somewhere with a nice 4 wheel alignment device and get it done.
