live pick up for DRL`s

:aargh4: gents i need some help, pointers to a live pick up i can use and get to in the engine bay of my 2.0TDi B7...the wiring kit supplied with the lights asks to go via fuse box and then into the engine bay, BUT THESE CARS ARE BUILT LIKE TANKS! and trying to find some where to `poke` through to get a wire in is doing my head in :banghead:

This is a live to power my Daylight running lights i wish to fit, another connection goes to the headlight plug, pin #10, which i have found but CANNOT get it undone?...the other to earth.

PLEASE, PLEASE I WOULD LIKE TO GET THESE FITTED.

ANY SUGGESTIONS????????????
