Hi.

Has anyone else heard about production line problems affecting Golf's over in Germany, I've heard that there are delays and stoppages due to Quality Control issues & shortages of parts! :yikes:

Is this true or is it just the rumour mill going into overdrive? :confused:

I know they are struggling to build them efficiently and off course they are shut down at the moment for the holiday. It takes VW twice as long to build a Golf 5 than it takes GM to build an Astra and Ford to build a Focus.

Mmm, so it looks like the 12 weeks that my dealer quoted for delivery maybe a tad optimistic then! :(:crying:
