Swapping phone cradle

Right I give up !!!

After numerous searches on here and "tinternet" I cannot find how to remove the cradle in the armest !!!

Does anyone know how to do it?

Done it, it just pulls out in an upwards motion.

Joe can you expand a bit on how you removed the cradle, did you pull up from the back or straight up. Trying to remove mine but don't want to break it cheers Simon
