to sell or not to sell ??

Hi folks, im thinking of selling my 54 reg dolphin grey audi a4 cabriolet, ive owned it for over a year and have just mot'd it but have only covered 3500 miles since the last mot ...... it just seems a waste of car to be sitting there, ive had a wheel bearing, timing belt, waterpump changed and ive also sorted the fm cable that had partially snapped in the boot lid ?? im asking £4700 ono ?? any ideas or advice ??
