Cd player trouble

Good evening. I have the standard unit in the car the bose 1.
When I put in a cd I just get error message on it.

Any ideas what this could be or is the unit done for.

Is it shop bought or home made?

Try a lens cleaner.

I tried the lense cleaner its not even spinning inside the unit
