How's My Cambelt Looking?

Took some photos of the cambelt on our 1.9TDi, 163k miles. It was changed around 90k so probably due another change however I thought I'd just check visually anyway. I can see some very very fine cracks beginning at the sides of some of the 'teeth'. Other than that, it looks it reasonable condition. I suppose you can't vouch for the tensioner etc though.

From these pics, would you say it's time to change it?

Audi quoted £420 + water pump which I thought was a bit pricey.

Looking tells you nothing mate, 60K miles or 4 Years is the accepted wisdom. I wouldn't drive that car if I were you.
