Wiring up 2.5 tdi A4 cabrio - a home for a connector!

Just beside the diesel filter and below the chassis no in the bulkhead - I have a two pin connector with no home. I have a retaining connector - 8D0 971 848A but nothing connected.
This might be an unused connector - but I am not sure.
Anyone with any ideas?

That's the 3rd injector wiring loom so follow the 3rd injector wiring loom where it exits the head...
