Missing injector wiring harness?!

Hi,

I've had my Audi A4 (2003 Cab 20.5 TDI) fully inspected (as its a recent purchase) and it turns out the injector wiring harness on one of the cylinders is actually missing. The engineer couldn't explain why anyone would do that and told me that I'll need a electrician to get it fixed.

Any clues why someone would have that removed?! And what would be the best way to have it fixed?

thats a rotary pump engine and only 1 injector has a wire on it. the rest are normal pencil injectors only connected to the injector pump by a metal pipe, nowt else. confused, you bet i am.
