Ibiza electric window not working

Hello. The electric window on my daughter's 2009 Ibiza SC (3 door) doesn't work properly. It just moves about an inch at a time, up or down. Any idea what it could be, and how is the door card removed if required? Thanks

My rear window seems to be sticking/sometimes goes and sometimes wont-have tested switch and dont think its that-front switch used to operate it when rear wouldn't but now it wont work either.
Door card is attached to window regulator so a little involved-don't take off until have time and know what you are looking for.Handle off 1st then pull out centre piece of door.Screws bottom release panel to unhook and lift out over base with reg attached.Best to unsecure window glass and tape up to door frame.
