Which wires in rear tail light

Left turn signal is red / green. Right turn signal is Green / red according to Elsawin (2007 onwards Avant)

It's a 2010 Avant s line (facelift) with led tails.

Given up on the idae, don't think a resistor will stop the bulb check making the leds flicker....shame as the new bulbs looked great and are much brighter than filament bulb

The 2010 Avant models with the LED cluster have the same wire colours as Lukenkarl has said these are the wires to the plug on the cluster and not inside the cluster.

The feeds go to Pin 3 on the left cluster plug and pin 2 on the right cluster plug.

The earth's are pin 1 on the left cluster plug and pin 4 on the right cluster plug.

Be wary of adding anything that will increase the current from the standard value as you may damage the J393 Convenience system central control unit.
