Audi A4 1.9 tdi 1998 - (MDW) Fault

Hi guys, could anyone help me with this issue please?
I changed the clutch and gearbox a month ago. Gearbox was matching the code on old gearbox.
Been fine until this morning, went to overtake a car and got (MDW) on my dash.
Released the throttle and it went, stepped on it again, showed up again. You get the idea. Engine code is AFN. What is this (MDW) thing then? Can't find any info on it.

Ive never seen this before. nor heard of it to be honest.
I would do a scan for fault codes

Mate, thats "MPH' with the bottom line of pixels out.
You have set a speed limit warning and when you booted it up you went over it.

I can't remember how you cancel it, if you look in the owners manual or Google it you'll find out.

If you want the pixels fixed, there are online how-tos or got to ECU Testing. They were really good with my various issues.
