PD turbo laggy

Hi all. giving up with my passat. very low boost, takes ages to get it under 2 rpm, especially going up the hills.

Done so far:
1. replaced all vacuum pipes
2. turbo were taken apart and cleaned
3. N75 replace with genuine one
4. EGR cleaned, and actuator working
5. fuel and air filters replaced year ago

im thinking is it MAP sensor? or something else, runing out of ideas really.

look at row 67.1 You can see what is happening. Boost act is too far under boost spec. next step...limp mode, no turbo. Check your vacuum lines again for a leak.

fitted second hand tandem pump, because the old one had loose connection, i thought this is the place where i loosing vacuum

so, can anyone tell me please, what is causing flat spot till 2000rpm? it kicks in properly around 2200rpm in all gears. looking at my log, looks like when im near 2300 rpm turbo underboosting, when im over 2300rpm turbo overboosting. this is really doing my head in...

last thing, im starting to think that it could be my fault for not putting turbo back together correctly when i cleaned it. is that possible?

any help appreciated
