A friend of mine has a Tyrepal TPMS system fitted in his car which is quite impressive and, had I had one, could have saved its cost on one damaged tyre a few weeks ago. But is there anything available which can integrate with the MMI system on my car? (I think it is the 2G High with colour screen). Thanks.

Short answer, no. If you want it on the screen then you need the full OEM TPMS retrofit which isn't cheap.
Thankfully my A3 uses ABS pulses so it only needs enabled on VCDS.

Thanks Chris. My wife's Seat Leon has a similar system as your A3 (Indirect TPMS). Is that lurking on an A6 anywhere waiting to be activated? Thanks.

The A6 uses direct TPMS so you need all the other additional valves, antennas and control modules unfortunately so not easily done.

yes, it is possible to retrofit (everything is, it's just a matter of cost :approve:)

I have it (originally).
It is quite something.

Based on personal experience I'd not fit an aftermarket TPMS
1) You have to balance the wheels with them on as a 10g weight bobbling on the end of your valve stem affects far more than one inside the tyre (centrifugal force etc)
2) The lockable collars (to stop sensors being stolen) corrode onto your valves and no amount of plus gas will move them (I had to replace 3 of mine)
3) As the display unit can't be sited at eye level it is a distraction and needs constant power from a cigar lighter.
Do a google on the tyrepal and you'll find all of these problems are in evidence.
Easiest to check pressures each week/before any long journey and carry an inflator in the car at all times. :)
