Hi guys ,

Is anyone doing there own servicing on the current spec 4.2 tdi, Oils , filters
Is there any info I can subscribe or purchase that would document what needs done and at what km's

Not sure what the warranty situation is in New Zealand compared to here in the UK in doing the servicing yourself?

No idea but nice to see there are some other 4.2tdi owners about.

Thanks, Its my 2nd 4.2 tdi, the first 2008 4.2 had a suspected porous block. was using coolant the head gasket looked honest and egr replaced twice. coolant was found in number 3 after a warm pressure test. So have retraded with cash to move up to a more current model.
