Flashing brake lights

Is there a way I'd be able to implement a strobing brake light. Having just had someone rear end me I'm wondering if this can be done

i think you will find only emergency vehicles are permitted to have flashing red lights. this is why some newer cars flash the hazards when the brakes are applied hard, rather than flashing the red brake lights.

The C7 I was behind when it was cut up yesterday had flashing brake lights. I'm not sure they're a great idea, but it seems to be possible.

When you emergency brake they flash along with the indicators coming on. Only on cars with led tails.

I've seen this option in the coding, but it will depend on the control module version if it's supported.
