Hi,
I have converted my 55 Plate A4 BLB chain drive oil pump to a geared unit... however just discovered that the old
sump - Audi Part No 03G 103 603J will not fit over the new pump!
There is interferance of a small area and depth of a few mm of the new pump body and old sump...
Does anyone out there know the correct new sump part no I need for a geared BLB 2.0 TDI? Also, if anyone has one for sale or they do not need I would be happy to hear from them..
Thanks
Peter

:o Steve, Good advice, thanks... They were very helpful but unfortunatley didn't have one... they did give me a Part No though..
03G103603AH. Its the AH thats the key here....
I have dragged my local factors and Euro Car parts but no joy... So looks like AUDI dealer!.. Sounds expensive but at least they have one.

Could not find a sump anywhere so have decided to buy from AUDI Uk... you were right Steve £147.00 incl VAT... They did not even throw in a new sump plug and washer!
Anyway can at least get the flywheel and clutch on now and put the lump back in this weekend!

I believe these sumps are delicate because they are thin so a bit of a undercarriage scrape and they crack.

Engine back in .... some teething issues I will reply on in other thread on these.
On the sump side. The new sump went on no problem, the difference is minor (mm different) where Audi have increased the depth at one point slightly to allow the geared pump in.
Now I have and old chain drive sump for sale if anyone wants a good one.. will stick it on EBAY I guess
