Got into an accident today was turning right a car that 23691 as parked moved off and hit me. Do u think this is a write off. Both passenger and driver airbags went off.

Bad luck. Doesn't look too bad to me, but I'm not any kind of expert.

I'd reckon that its not going to be cheap, but should be fixable - bumper, bonnet, grille, o/s wing, o/s headlight unit, o/s fog light unit, number plate, 2 x airbags, steering wheel centre cover, and n/s dashboard trim and of course paint.

As the third party hit you, you are entitled to have your car put back to the condition it was prior to the accident OR replaced with a car in the same condition as you agree with the insurers. I assume you have clear proof that the TP was at fault?

No clear proof but I was half way turning when she hit me. She's blaming me saying she wasn't parked up and I hit her. Her o/s wing was damaged

Knowing how insurers work, I reckon you will be looking at a 50:50

Hope so. Took me ages finding this car hopefully it's not written off.
