Anyone in Bristol who will read fault codes?

My TDi 130 is returning terrible fuel consumption (average 27mpg after 60 miles on the M5), and has gone into limp mode twice after long stints at motorway speeds.

I need to know where to begin trying to rectify the issue!

Is there any kind sir/madam in Bristol with the correct gear who is willing to read my ECU for me?

I had a mate do mine at work - but to be honest it just kicked up an old air-con fault code - my mpg is still bad - though it has strangely improved a bit - managed 46 on a 400 mile run yesterday - super steady though - would have easily been 55 in my old one
