The seats on my audi are stained and was going to have them cleaned but the last car i had I did that and spent £60 on a clean and the stain never fully went away, just wear and tear stains

I have looked at some reasonable ones from 2 companies

http://www.micksgarage.com/search.aspx?fffMake=Audi&fffBasemodel=Audi+A4&fffModelDescription=A4+Avant+1995+to+2001&ffftd_car=1.9+TDI&fffBHP=110&fffDepartment=Seat%20Covers

and Rockshore, i like these Road Master Black Car Seat Covers - Split Rear Seat Airbag OK (http://www.rockshore.uk.com/road-master-black-car-seat-covers---split-rear-seat--airbag-ok-1472-p.asp)

BUT would prefer to ask here for advice before buying, especially from people who have actually fitted there own, i specifically need a set that i can use the split seat, there are loads much cheaper and much dearer so these are middle of the road

My car is 1999 B5 estate 1.9 diesel

They won't look anything like those photographs when they're fitted! You can pick up a set of seats pretty cheaply and they'd look a million times better than seat covers. (I'm not a fan BTW)

What do people do to stain their seats? Never understood this personally

Save on the awful covers and just don't let food or drink in the car

Looking at the stains think its just wear and tear stains, ie; dirty jeans, oil etc - got a quote for doing a deep clean of the interior and it was £50 but my last experience as above was not good, just got the car so the stains are not from me, new seats are out as im miles from any scrappers so it'll have to be seat covers, I realise that they don't fit as good as the pics but am wanting to get the best of the worse, funny years ago i bought a set for my renault 5 and they fit like a glove and lasted 5 years, you would have thought that material would have improved, any suggestions guys on a half decent make?

when I was a valeter many moons ago in a majaor vag dealers we use to jet wash the seats if they where stained with remarkable results just trigger spray a decent soap leave 5 minutes and jet clean , mind you the car in those days didnt have air bags installed so might be a good idea to take the seats out the car so no power the them
