Plenty on eBay and could've swore I seen one when I was looking for a diffuser last night.

Yeah I've had a look on ebay, but they're mainly damaged/facelift bumpers.
Were I to get a facelift bumper, do I just need a new bonnet or do I need other bits and bobs?

Facelift 09+ you need a new crash bar, wings, bonnet, lights, fog surrounds, fog lamps possible wiring.

Is your car single or double grill? I don't think that should make a difference but I think your best way is getting a decent bumper then getting it painted.

It's the double grille - I was thinking of just getting the single grille bumper (as in '06 facelift) and getting new bonnet - is it as simple as this?
