Error 3 on CD player

Hi guys,

I have a Symphony CD player (6 disc multi changer) in my A3 and it has stopped playing discs. They will load and eject, but they won't play. I have managed to get it to work, but only by giving it a thump. If you leave it allow it will come up saying ERROR 3.

Any ideas?

Try a lens cleaner disc.
