Got the new wheels today.... Love it!!

My iPhone 5 pairs fine and I had a conversation on it earlier but now it shows the call connected but I can't hear anything...... Help what did I do?

Tried re pairing and reset on both devices no different

Mmi seems to crash- if I turn Bluetooth off on the phone the car thinks it's still connected

Take it back?

Seems to be a firmware issue possibly. What iOS is the iPhone running? Does the BT music streaming work?

Mine did that the other day. Turn the car off, turn the phone off, turn both back on, re-pair and no problems since.

Just to give you all an update on this. It carried on malfunctioning albeit not as much. I took it in for warranty repair (600 miles on the clock) and they couldn't get it to do it and it wasn't showing any fault codes so I went and picked it up. Halfway home it did it again so I turned round and went back to the dealer left the engine running and showed the guy what it was doing. Another couple of days and a complete telephone ECU replaced and it's now sorted.

A bit long winded but they gave me a 3.0L A5 coupe to run around in which was nice........
