P0480 00 [040] Coolant fan Control Circuit 1 fault

When got back home today car seemed a bit more noisier than usual. I checked for fault codes and it come up with P0480 00 [040].

It comes back as intermittent, fault frequency is 23.

Any idea where to start ?
