Winter wheels and tyres.

Hi all,

I was wondering if I could get some help / advice regarding wheel sizes. I did post in the wheels section but didn't get much of a response.

I should be taking delivery of my new A6 in late December and wanted to get some winter wheels and tyres, what would be the smallest wheels I could put on the car without any problems?

You didn't reply to the thread, I gave you info you needed?

Have a look in this section, it's been covered till death over the past couple of weeks :)


Those won't go on, first of all you need to check with others which sizes are compatible with the car from the sticker inside the the fuel flap or drivers door jam.

Secondly, the C7 has a bore size of 66.6mm, anything smaller will not fit.

Sorry A6_Chris for some reason when I looked earlier today I didn't see the reply, even though now I checked its there. My bad maybe my phone didn't refresh when I looked. Thanks for the response, glad I didn't bid on them wheels on eBay then. I will have another look around for info.
