Why can't they sort there problems out I've been with them for 20 years and the last few months and been a night mare and all they say yes a mask is down and a engineer is trying to fix it. Went into the shop yesterday to buy a sure signal so I can at lest get a signal at home and the staff tells me they are upgrading to 4g. so ok that's alright then I still pay £40 plus vat each month and have to go home early just to phone up my suppliers to order parts and no-one can contact me
ok they give me £80 back and pay for the sure signal but bloody put a mask in short term so people can get a signal. What about the ££££££££ I'm bloody losing when customers can't phone me :zx11::zx11:

Got told yesterday that Vodafone are being slated on Facebook whilst all this is going on and serve them right. Think about customer care not just profit

Have to agree - Daughter got her grandads old mobile and some how locked it requiring the PUK code to resolve it. Four days it took to get a PUK code. The automated system is utter trash. The helpline is trash will call you back in the next 30 to 40 minutes is a joke.

Works for me...but still pees me off that you have to do it and cant speak to someone in uk

I've recently moved to Vodafone & had no signal problems much better than 02 infact I've also had no issues getting through on the phone to them & they were very helpful
The online chat has also worked well
Horses for courses I guess

Confused - what's stopping you from changing suppliers?

I've never failed to get through to someone at Vodafone really quickly & yes, they are UK call centres. I've had 02 & now EE work mobiles, but the Vodafone signal has pretty much always been the best signal, wherever I go.

On a more constructive note Man Me Mans, my wife was once released from her mobile phone contract early by saying that she'd moved & could no longer get coverage at our new house. You may need to research which areas aren't covered by Vodafone before trying that tactic, but it may be your best bet. The other thing you could do is to put in an official complaint about lost revenue during times that their masts are down & request compensation. If you do it in the right way, through official channels & kick up enough of a fuss, you may be surprised.

Thanks Brycie
To be fair I've never had problems contacting them and when there signal is working correctly it's the best round here and that's why I've stayed with them for so long. It seems to be better lately and also my contract is up soon so I think I won't get another contract just sim only. That way I can go to another supplier if needed quickly
