Hi all, the "Service Now" light has come up on the dash, and the car's getting on for 200,000 miles so I guess I probably should shell out some cash and get the car serviced. The MOT's almost due so I'll probably get that done at the same time. Any recommendations of garages/mechanics that you might like to offer would be gratefully received. Cost is an issue but so is quality. How much am I looking at? VW main dealer wanted over £300. I'd have thought it'll be somewhere £100-£150 at a small independent or am I deluded?
