To the lady driving the SQ7 on the M4 around bridgend on tuesday morning, around 10 am.
first, you drive a really lush car.
I apologise for sounding my horn and holding it on for at least 10 seconds. i also apologise for my passenger waving at you. I apologise for scaring the crap out of you and for making you drop your phone. i am sure it ruined what had probably been an otherwise ok day.
incidentally, If you do wish to drive whilst holding your phone to your ear, don't do it next to me, but be thankful i am not a copper. If i was a copper i would have pulled you over and beaten the crap out of you. for this reason, i am not a copper.

A car that has Bluetooth which she's probably too dim to operate.
When on the bike having filtered up to the front at lights I frequently find drivers on the phone. Holding the horn button down and folding in their mirror often causes them to end their conversation. Muppets.

She demounted from her vehicle your honour lay on the ground and grabbed my boot. She continuously head butted my boot until PC Tolerant managed to stop her by jumping on her ribs...
