Hi all,
im new here and this is my first post. Here goes, our a4 cabriolets roof packed up back in July so we took it to a main dealer who said it would need a new pump at £2000, we were suspicious due to other problems and we rejected this we booked it in again to see as they said it could of just gotten stuck. 1st available was in September where they confirmed it but offered a 60% discount still £900. We then booked it in with another dealer who confirmed everything was fine but the computer had registered a power surge which could of caused this. During this time we have gotten no where with Audi complaints. What should we do?
