dashboard kept saying "service due". I wasn't which service was due so emailed garage and was told full service (£284 odd). so, went online and booked a Saturday appt, with loan car and audicam. few days ago had a call to say oh the website is wrong and the service is £337 and we don't do Saturday appointments! i mentioned that the site says "fixed price servicing" and she said that only applied to cars more than 3 years old. i said the website allowed me to make a Saturday booking and she said oh that's wrong, we don't do Saturdays. all in all, feeling totally underwhelmed by the "audi experience" so far. and then to top it off - see my other post "audi merchandise"

Don't trust technology. Go in and talk to them and book it there and there.

If they scan your key they will be able to see which service is due, your Service Interval in your CAR menu will tell you whats due, either an oil change or inspection+oil.

"We don't do saturday appointments"...really? I've had Southend Audi service my car at least twice before on a saturday morning. Audicam sounds cool :), think I'd do that just to see how they do it so I could do it myself a few years down the line...:biglaugh:. Don't lose faith in the brand over one lousy dealer that can't get their IT working properly Tazza...if it were the case with everything then noone would use the NHS :P.

Yep, had Saturday appointments before. I think they needed a couple of weeks notice tho as they close Service Dept early on a Saturday, in Belfast anyway.

Just booked a service online after reading this thread.
First major annual service, Saturday 7th Sept, courtesy car and Audi Cam lol.
Got an email confirmation immediately and was called by Glasgow Audi 20 minutes later.
The three main points of discussion were the brake vibration/fading, rusty hubs and loose external window trim. :approve:
