VW beta IV radio user manual

Hi everyone, i have a VW Golf Mk3 with the beta iV radio. but don't really know the acronmy on the panel, so have no idea of what the function of each button is.....

Found similar maunal from web below, but in German!!!

Can anyone can explain the abbreviations and functions, like AS, RDS, AP etc...
