Slow Coolant Leak

My car, 53 plate Polo 9N 1.9 TDI PD100, has a slow coolant leak. When the car went for its 80,000 mile serve in mid April I asked them to have a look at it. They said it was the water pump and changed it. I was dubious as the car had had its water pump and cam belt changed at 67,000 miles just before I got it. Anyway 3 months later I am driving down the road and the coolant light comes on. I stop to check the levels and low and behold it is way below the minimum line. I have taken a picture and topped it up and am going to take it back to the garage. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Any signs of coolant in/around the engine bay?

Weak points are the hoses into and out of the radiator, and the coolant header tank.

As you've got pink coolant, you're looking for pink/red crystallised areas.
