Left side lights not working, fuses OK

Passat 2002 2.0 ATL B5

My lefthand sidelights (front and back) and left licence plate light left do not come on. Front and back. Headlight are ok. all the righthand side sidelights are OK. The fuses (22 and 23) and bulbs are all ok.
The parking lights that come on when the engine is off and the indicator is set to left work, brake and fog lights all work, which are the same bulbs.

Is there another fuse somewhere??

Does anyone have a wiring diagram???

Thanks Doc, yes all light are working and fuses intact. The light all come on for all the other functions they perform. ie brakes, parking lights....

Fixed. A faulty light switch on the dash.
