I have electric seats already but not memory my wife has a very different driving position to myself, the fiddling with the seat for the first 5 miles of every trip is driving me bananas.
Has anyone managed to do this? What's involved? I guess a new module and coding. But are the wires already fitted?
Thanks in advance

No wires will be fitted, you will need lots of switchgear, wiring, coding and possible component protection removal.

Tbh for the price and hassle it would cause, I wouldn't bother and just adjust the seat.

I have lived with this for years! The Mrs is just over 5' and I am 6'3" - We are literally at complete opposite ends of the seat adjust spectrum!!:biglaugh:

Arrr i feel your pain, the problem is neebata that electric seats are slower to adjust than manual.
With the sports seats being infinitely adjustable it's never quite right!

I have just picked up an A4 with memory seats, but I don't let her drive it :) so problem sorted! She has a new Passat estate company car which we use most the time and the manual adjust seats are a pain. She has the seat pumped up to the max and pulled as far forward as it will go, I have to pump it to the floor and slide the seat right to the back of the rails. I feel like Hightower from Police Academy :) the other issue is when I have adjusted my seat - there's no room behind for a passenger or for children's feet :)
