Hello All. I have been suffering from the old problem of broken wires between the drivers door and the A piller. Mine was so bad that I got a second hand loom which on inspection before fitting seemed to be very good. Now it is fitted, none of the electrics work in the drivers door. Is there a fuse for the drivers door? or something else I need to change? Thanks

I have the same problem, i changed the drivers loom and it doesn't work. After looking into it further I found that there are many different looms. They changed in 2001 because the door lock modules are different and you also need to make sure the loom is from a car with same spec as yours i.e electric windows or not? rear speakers or not? etc. I still haven't found the right one so im going to start a thread to see if somebody can help with a part number.
Hope this helps.

It's been a while since I started this thread, but thought I would let you all know how it turned out. In the end I couldn't get the electrics to work in the drivers door using the second hand loom (no matter what I tried.) In the end I gave my original loom to an electrical engineer who made good all the broken and damaged wires. Once I refitted the original loom everything work as it should. In fact a few of the other electrical gremlins went away at the same time! After this I part exchanged the car as I had poured too much money in to it. It was a shame, because what should be a really good car was badly let down by the build quality. Built to a price summed it up. as always though this forum has been great (had an Audi before the Seat). Off to find a Honda forum now!
