how easy is it to convert a 5 x 100 pcd stud pattern to 5 x 112 pcd

Hey iv tried looking on the forum and on the net but can't really find what im after but basically I have a vw bora and my wheels are 5 x 100 pcd wheel stud pattern so is it possible to change my wheel stud pattern to 5 x 112 pcd?
