Changing Speedo to Km/Hr from MPH?

Is it possible to change the speedo from MPH to Km/Hr? I assume that the computer can be told to do it, but the speedo has to be changed.

Is it easy to do and would the mileage record be effected if the module was swapped?

Whereabouts - as the tacho is in MPH and the little digital reader already shows it in KPH?

I'm in Ireland. I need to have the main speedo showing Kph with the other one showing mph.
