I've found out I can't use tap water when renewing my anti freeze, where is cheapest to buy deionized water?

I've used tap water in my cars since I passed my test and never had a problem.

If you have a dehumidifier, or know someone that has. Use the water that's been collected.

Halfords sell it. At £2.50 for 5 litres, it's cheaper than Evian.
Most people use tap water. So long as you've got enough G12++ in there, it'll be fine.
Some say that water from condenser tumble dryers might have clothes softener residue in there as well.
