Has anyone got one of these?

I assume it's some kind of inductance pad to amplify the roof antenna connection to the cradle plus USB charger with appropriate cable. Given there's no standard for mobile connections now (other than the iPhone, which they just changed) this seems to be the way forward and it looks like it can be fitted to most (all?) recent Audi's with telephone prep.
