Is the Glacier White metallic worth the extra cost if buying new ? Is it easier to keep clean than Ibis due to being slightly more silvery ? Is it a more harder wearing paint finish ?What are your thoughts ? Cheers.

Glacier has a hint of cream whereas Ibis is pure white.

I thought it was the other way round!
They are very similar in real life and even the salesmen at our local dealer were getting them mixed up!

Personally I don't think Glacier White is worth the extra. We have an A1 in Glacier White and an A4 in Ibis White and the only reason we went with Glacier in the A1 is because Amalfie White is an awful colour IMHO. In strong sunlight both Glacier and Ibis look quite similar.
They both have a lacquered finish and I don't believe the laquer is any harder on the metallic than the gloss.

Additionally I would say that Glacier can look a bit grey in dull light whist Ibis always looks pure white (as long as it's clean.. ;))

Would you say that Glacier hide's a touch of road grime better than Ibis, not trying to sound too lazy, from your experience with the two whites.

That's difficult for me to say, purely because the A4 will do about 500 miles a week whereas the A1 will do about 30 miles a week so the A4 always gets dirty quicker.
Glacier may look cleaner for longer in dull light due to the greying effect however under bright light I would say they are about the same.
