New car coming

Well at last, the wife should get her car this weekend. Upgrade of same thing....A4 2.0 TFSI. 2nd owner, Audi car, 3K miles, Black Edition, Exclusive Paint (Mica Blue) and Exclusive Interior. Lots of toys. Can't wait, she is buzzin......and ........they have a 2yr old A6 3.0ltd Avant S line, Special Edition, loaded to the hilt......tempting :aargh4:

I'm in the market for a new or newish A4 atm too....Can you tell me what sort of mpg you've been getting out of your (her) 2.0 TFSI?? (what sort of driving do you do?? Short town hops, longer runs etc..)

Hi Willie,

Mostly shorter runs. Getting around 30-35 mpg. I think the newer ones get a bit better though. The one she has at the moment is a 56 plate.

Looking at Fuelly it looks like most people get around 30 average
i don't think that's too bad as I only get a average of 36 out of a 2.0 diesel!

Nice colour! I nearly went for that on my A5 cab order earlier this week, but sepang blue won in the end. Enjoy.
