After work now have to hold window button in/out to make windows open

Just had to have new water pump, dmf, radiator so not cheap :(

In the process they must have had the battery out as had to reset the clock etc, however one thing that is now not working is the windows with a one click close and open.

I use to be able to click the window button and it would open or close without me holding the button in.

Since its been in the garage I now need to hold the button in.

Is this a VAG/COM issue or is it a case of a secret combination of button pressing?

Lower a window, hold the switch down for that window for a few seconds, bring the window back up then hold it again in the up position for a few seconds and they should be reset.

Remember to do this for each window.
