Dual Mass Flywheel

I have recently had my DMF changed on my 04 audi a3 1.9 tdi se. Everything has been running super even a difference in the way she drives etc. But today I have a slight knocking back the same noise as when the DMF was on its way out. Can anyone shed light on to what it is that's wrong?

Is yours a late 8L or early 8P and which engine code, 5 or 6 speed?

your chassis num will start either wauzzz8L or wauzzz8p
