A3 1.4 TFSI - Cambelt change, when?

Guys im really struggling to find out the above information. Im in the progress of purchasing a car with 53,000 miles on a 58 plate. There doesn't seem to be any info on the net regarding when the belt is due to be changed. Does anyone know?

I stick to 60k or 4 years whichever comes first

Get the water pump done too.

Thanks Guys, i thought it was the TSI that was chain, but the TFSI was belt? I could be wrong.

The CAXC 125PS TFSI engine is cahin driven cam.
