Door electrics help 1998 audi a4 b5 1.9tdi

I have just replaced my drivers door from a breakers yard due to bad rust,because the donor door wireing was diferent i swapped my complete door frame, this is easily done by 4 bolts and the whole lot comes off including the wiring loom that is all attached to the unit. anyway i done all that and was left with one plug inside the door but nowwhere for it to go!! i cant remember or see where it would go in the door card as all the plugs for the windows electric heated mirror,central locking ect are all being used and working also inside the car i plugged all the nessesary plugs in there and cant for the life of me figure out what i have done wrong?its my original loom so it must go somewhere the following is not working-

Drivers door card red light
motion sensor switch on b pillar
light above pedals on drivers side
and the interior lights dont come on when the drivers door opens -its does when the passenger door opens.

the spare plug is a oval black shaped plug with 3 brown wires going into it.

can anybody help???:(

Could it be for the lock.

Ah there is a plug that goes on to the lock you could be right kite as its dark now and sub zero i will have a look tomorow thanks for your help matey

Checked today and yes it goes into the top of the lock,a big thank you "Kite" for your help.
