hi thinking of fitting some aftermarket hid on my car i know it illegal but my halogen lights are too dim tried fitting better bulbs but still not good my car has no bulb out warning system so was wondering what would be the best kit to get would like a slim ballast kit any recommendations

dont fit hid - without self levellers you will blind every oncoming driver.

either fit some philips xtreme vision or osram nightbreaker bulbs at least youll be legal

Fit nightbreakers all round, if that's not bright enough fit driving lamps in the front grille. Still too dark, get driving lights and have them properly adjusted. HID kits get on everyone's wick, they're not illegal where I live but they should be

Whilst not technically legal, aftermarket hid kits are not blinding if installed in dipped lights which have a projector. The blinding effect comes from the scattered beam pattern. If you have ever seen aftermarket hids through a projector you will notice that the beam patter remains the same as before
