Having had little experience with 2.5 tdi's,having my recently aqquired quattro remapped was an event I was looking forward to.What a dissapointment!I understand that my quattro is no flying machine,but I would have thought that with around 220bhp it would have seen my sport passat off,no chance,my passat is about 2 secs faster 0-60.Do any of you lads with more experience have any ideas.Also,my engine management light came on today,though it went out again,can't help thinking it's connected.:(

Sorry for your dissapointment Rod, i believe either the a4 does nt run too well or the map is crap. I suggest you have Viezu do a map for you, there's no way in the world a mapped pd 130 will be faster than a v6 tdi ! Drop to London and i will take you for a spin in my a6, i guarantee you'l have a taste of what a mapped tdi can do !

Today me and Rod realized what was wrong with the a4 ! Instead of getting a remap he got a tuning box which is not even the right one for the car/engine combination !
