Hi I just replaced the concert headunit in my a4 as it died, everything went ok after numerous times trying iso connectors apart from the high pitched noise that is constantly coming from the back speakers
can anyone shed any light on the situation?

does it happen only while the engine is on?

i sometimes have issues with my aftermarket unit, i also have bose and its apparently a common thing. you could try sliding your head unit out while it is operating, and try moving the wires around to see if it makes a difference. if moving certain wires makes the noise stop, then either try and separate those wires when sliding the head unit back in, or investigate what else could be causing the issue to those wires, its likely a poor ground somewhere.

welcome to the forum btw :)

So I took the hu out and it turns out the amp remote wire is causing the problem must be loose I've moved it around and it's working fine for now, if it happens again I try a more permanent solution
